Qubahan Engineering Journal (QENGJ) is published quarterly, with four scheduled issues each year.

The regular publication months are:

Publication Schedule

Each annual volume normally consists of four issues corresponding to the journal's quarterly publication cycle.

QENGJ is committed to maintaining a consistent, transparent, and publicly stated publication schedule.

Online Publication

Where the journal uses an online-first publication process, an accepted article may be published online after completion of all required editorial and production procedures.

These procedures may include:

• Final editorial approval;

• Completion of applicable Article Processing Charge requirements;

• Copyediting;

• Typesetting;

• Metadata verification;

• Author proof checking; and

• DOI registration where applicable.

The article may subsequently be assigned to the appropriate scheduled issue.

Publication Date

The official publication date displayed on the article record represents the publication date of that version.

Publication dates must accurately reflect the actual publication history of the article.

Volume and Issue Information

Each published article should clearly display:

• Volume;

• Issue;

• Year;

• Publication date;

• Pagination or article number, where applicable; and

• DOI, where assigned.

Changes to the Schedule

If exceptional circumstances materially affect the journal's publication schedule, QENGJ should communicate the change transparently and seek to restore its normal quarterly schedule as soon as reasonably possible.
