Qubahan Engineering Journal (QENGJ) is an open-access journal committed to making scholarly research immediately and freely available to readers worldwide.

Immediate Open Access

All articles published by QENGJ are available online immediately after publication without subscription fees, registration requirements, or access charges.

No embargo period is applied to published scholarly content.

Reader Access

Readers may freely:

  • Read published articles;

  • Download articles;

  • Share published research;

  • Link to journal content; and

  • Reuse published material in accordance with the applicable license.

QENGJ does not charge readers for access to published articles.

Open-Access License

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) unless a different licensing condition is explicitly identified for specific third-party material.

Under CC BY 4.0, users may share and adapt published material provided that appropriate attribution is given, the license is identified, and changes are indicated where applicable.

Copyright and Open Access

Copyright ownership and open-access licensing are separate matters.

Copyright in published articles is transferred to Qubahan Engineering Journal in accordance with the journal's Copyright Policy.

As copyright holder, QENGJ makes published articles openly available under the applicable Creative Commons license.

Author Self-Archiving

Authors may deposit and share the published version of their articles in:

  • Institutional repositories;

  • Subject repositories;

  • Personal academic webpages;

  • University repositories; and

  • Other lawful scholarly platforms.

The original publication in Qubahan Engineering Journal should be properly acknowledged.

Third-Party Material

Material owned by third parties may not automatically be covered by the article's Creative Commons license.

Where a figure, photograph, illustration, table, map, drawing, or other material carries a separate copyright or licensing notice, users are responsible for complying with those terms.

Editorial Independence

The journal's open-access publishing model does not influence editorial decisions.

Manuscripts are evaluated according to:

  • Scholarly quality;

  • Originality;

  • Methodological rigor;

  • Ethical integrity;

  • Relevance to the journal's scope; and

  • Contribution to knowledge.

The ability or inability of an author to pay the Article Processing Charge does not determine the scholarly outcome of peer review.
